Essex Police said that they were called to an incident in Shoebury, Southend-on-Sea, on Wednesday, in which a man died after falling from a height.
The force said: “We received a report of an incident at Campfield Road in Shoebury at around 10 am this morning (27 March), during which a man working at height had fallen and sustained an injury.”
“The ambulance service, including an air ambulance, was in attendance. Sadly, the man died on the spot. We will continue communicating with partners, particularly the Health and Safety Executive (HSE).
